Columbus Technologies and Services, Inc. renewed and expanded their headquarters in El Segundo at 1960 Grand Avenue a twelve-story, class A office building containing 256,738 square feet. BC Urban's CEO Brian Campbell and his team represented Columbus Technologies.

The building is located in the "superblock" in the heart of El Segundo, the premier business center of the South Bay. 1960 Grand Avenue was originally built in 1987 with a newly renovated contemporary lobby. Columbus Technologies east coast HQ is located outside of Washington DC.
